Terms of Business – Individual Clients
1. Introduction

2. Our Services
We provide virtual and in-person assistance tailored specifically for elderly clients, including but not limited to:
- Virtual PA services
- Medical appointment transport
- Companionship calls & visits
- Shopping assistance
- Travel arrangements
- Administrative support
- Care visits
- DBS check verification

We aim to provide high-quality, compassionate, and reliable services to support independent living and wellbeing.
3. Fees & Payment
- Services are charged at agreed rates, as per our pricing structure.
- Payment is required in advance for one-off services.
- Monthly plans are invoiced in advance and must be paid within seven (7) days.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- DBS check verification is charged at £10 per check, payable at the time of request.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- A minimum of one month's notice is required to cancel our services completely.
- Refunds are issued only at our discretion and based on individual circumstances.
- We reserve the right to cancel services if a client is abusive or disrespectful towards our staff.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients or their families must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking services.
- For transport services, clients must be ready at the agreed time and location.
- Clients or carers must disclose any relevant information that could affect service delivery (e.g. medical needs, mobility issues, or access requirements).
6. Financial Responsibility
- Complete Care Check does not access, manage, or handle any part of the client's personal or household finances.
- We do not accept any fiscal responsibility or liability relating to financial decisions or transactions made by or on behalf of the client.
- All financial decisions, arrangements, and permissions must be managed by the client, or the client’s appointed Power of Attorney (POA) or legal representative.
7. Liability & Insurance
- We hold full insurance coverage to provide our services.
- While we take every precaution to ensure safety and security, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur outside of our direct control.
- We verify DBS checks based on publicly available information but do not guarantee the conduct of any individual beyond their certification.
- We take no responsibility for the administration of medication.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We handle client information in strict accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
- Personal data is used only for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Clients have the right to request access to their data and request its deletion at any time.
9. Complaints & Feedback
- We value client feedback and strive to improve our services.
- Any complaints should be submitted in writing to [your contact email].
- We will acknowledge and investigate all complaints within 10 working days.
10. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

- All business information is treated confidentially and handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.
- Data will only be used for agreed service purposes and never shared without explicit consent.
- Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
- Any work, materials, or documents produced during our engagement remain the intellectual property of the client once payment is received in full.
9. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of any major changes.
10. Governing Law
